Byron R. Tabbut, M.D., certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, provides comprehensive eye examinations, performs cataract surgery and specializes in uveitis. His specialized training in uveitis allows him to diagnose and treat the broad range of inflammatory disorders that occur within the eye.

After graduating from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine, Dr. Tabbut completed an internship at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. This was followed by a residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He completed his fellowship in uveitis at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary in Chicago.

Dr. Tabbut is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the DuPage County Medical Society, the Christian Medical Society and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Tabbut has office hours at the Wheaton, Naperville and Hinsdale locations.
