She graduated with highest distinction from Northwestern University Medical School after which she held an internship at Evanston Hospital, followed by a residency in ophthalmology at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Oesterle completed a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at the Children’s Hospital National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. ExperienceDr. Oesterle has been a Clinical Associate at the Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago for 15 years. She is especially interested in strabismus and strabismus surgery.
