Learn more about: EducationDr. Grohe received his B.A. degree in biology from Millikin University and his B.S. Degree in Visual Science and Optometric Degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. ExperienceDr. Grohe was a contact lens consultant at the Northwestern University Medical School before joining the Wheaton Eye Clinic. He continues to serve Northwestern Medical School as Assistant Professor of Clinical Ophthalmology for resident contact lens and optics instruction. Dr. Grohe frequently speaks at professional ophthalmic organizations as well as medical and optometry schools. He also acts as a clinical investigator for new contact lens materials, solutions and products. In addition, Dr. Grohe serves on the editorial boards of several professional publications and has authored, or co-authored, several textbooks on clinical contact lens practices.
