Michelle M. Kron-Gray, M.D., Ph.D. specializes in small incision cataract surgery and provides comprehensive eye examinations.
Dr. Kron-Gray graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Williams College, and earned her medical doctorate and PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She then completed an internship at Presence Health Resurrection in Chicago followed by an ophthalmology residency and served as graduate chief resident at the W.K. Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Kron-Gray has presented nationally and published her research in numerous ophthalmology journals on topics including the use of antibiotics during cataract surgery, risk factors for complications in cataract surgery, and improving surgical teaching in residency.
